USF Holly Residence Hall Building Renovations

Williamson Dacar Associates provided the design for the exterior and interior common area renovations for three of the seven Holly Residence Halls.  The exterior work consisted of replacement of both metal sloped roofs and low slope build-up roofs as well as window and wall replacement for the common areas.

The interior common area renovation comprises new HVAC systems and a complete interior design and furniture upgrade.  The common area will be slightly reconfigured to provide collaboration and gathering areas for the students.  New flooring, finishes and lighting provides an enhanced environment for the students.
