We actively seek to inspire design talent by placing architectural, engineering, interior design and marketing/communications students in our offices as paid interns. We take pride in the makeup of our firm which is comprised of approximately 60% female design, marketing, and communications professionals. To maintain diversity in our composition, WDA recruits graduates to mentor, hire and train from local, national, and international universities.
