Pasco County Building 525 Interior Renovation - Williamson Design Associates

WDA provided architectural and engineering design services for the interior remodeling of the existing two-story building. The work included a complete interior demolition and replacement of the MEP system for the entire second floor and half of the first floor. The Utility Department moved to a new location and WDA designed the layout for six departments to move into the vacant space. The space was renovated for the Internal Services, Purchasing, IT, OMB Staff, Human Resources, and Fiscal Services department offices.
