2025 IIDA Interior Design Excellence Award: Public Sector Winner
The Pinellas County Justice Center Renovation and Addition project was recognized by the International Interior Design Association's (IIDA) Florida Central Chapter, as the winner of the 2025 Interior Design Excellence Award in the Public Sector.
The project unifies court operations to the main Justice Center campus and gives the family court services a separate identity within the judicial complex. The trauma informed public workspace prioritizes comfort and ease of access for staff and visitors. This project was completed with our partner DLR Group.
IIDA aims to recognize design excellence, encourage new ideas and techniques, and build public awareness in the field of interior design. IIDA Florida Central Chapter is dedicated to building a strong community of design professionals across Florida, with over 200 members spanning Tampa, Sarasota, and Orlando.
