Trammel Building Exterior Remediation

WDA provided investigation and design services for the exterior restoration of the seven-story Trammel Building for the Department of Management Services in downtown Tampa, Florida.  The building was constructed in 1978 and was in need of an exterior upgrade.  WDA prepared the evaluation of the exterior skin to determine the exact scope of required repairs.  The project entailed the detailing of structural concrete repairs, removal and replacement of all building sealants, cleaning and sealing of the exterior precast concrete, reroofing and other miscellaneous exterior repairs.
